read an article about the Titan Procedure performed by
Dr. Mahaveer Mehta. I have been looking for possibilities to have the treatment done in Europe, but it seems the procedure is not well-known here yet. I would, however, prefer a treatment like this to surgery.
I would be interested in having a face lift done with this procedure and would like to know if it
would be possible to perform one during e.f. a week's holiday in Dubai, and if so, how much approximately the cost would be.
I am a
64-year-old woman, quite "well-preserved" for my age, with good health and normal weight (63 kg /
170 cm). The problem areas are a slightly "sunken" lower face and loose under-chin areas, slightly puffy under the eyes, and maybe the furrow between my eyes. The forehead is Ok. My skin type is thick rather than thin.

year-old Italian woman, who suffered from a car accident in May 1997, and reported two scars, one in the back,
and one in the posterior surface of the elbow. In October 97, the patient underwent a chemical peeling with TCA
in the scar of the back. In January 98, after the patient was took out the steel instruments for fixing the bones
of forearm, the patient underwent a surgical excision of the scar in the posterior surface of the elbow, and of
the scar in the back. Two months after surgery, the patient received some injections of triamcinolone acetate to
improve the estetic of the scars, but with no result.Now she presents hipertrophic scars I would like to know, if
it is possible to do something to improve the esthetic of the scar as for example, another surgical excision,
laser treatment, silicon gel sheeting etc...What is your opinion about? What would you do for treating this

wanted to know how much it costs to get this kind of thing fixed. I had an acne attack during my freshman year.

How are you? I hope fine and in good health. I am fine here and was very busy in my studies that is why I couldn't get in touch with you earlier. I am on a short holiday
nowadays so I thought let me write to you. Dr, I wanted to tell you a couple of things for which I am very worried.
First of all after your treatment I was in a much better condition. My face was hairless for a few months and the ones that came were very few as you saw when I last came
over to your clinic.
Well now it's like the hair are coming back, though not as much but they are. My chin is looking a little bit darker again and both sides of my face are better than that, but
hair still grow there too. The hair are not soft and the growth is fast. I have to thread them off every other day.
The other thing is that the neck region where you used the razor to shave it and then do the treatment is growing hair too. I never used to have hair in this region before
the treatment but now I do, though they are not very hard but they don't look good to me.
Thirdly, the warts have improved a lot too but there is still a portion of it left on the side of my face which I think we didn't see because of the bigger ones. These are small
but can be seen and felt. This portion can be felt upto the back of my ear.
I know you said that these hair will come back but I didn't know it would be so soon and the warts is another problem. I don't know what to do now since we will now be
coming to Dubai maybe by October or so and I haven't told my parents yet about having this treatment again because they spend so much on it already that I don't know
whether they will spend anymore because it is very costly. I am very worried. Please advice me on what to do. I have to get another treatment before I get married. I was
very happy after the treatment but my morals have become low once again because of the reoccurrence of this problem. I want a complete cure if possible, especially of the

As my medicines (Roaccutane) got over (on August 13th was my last dose), I went to a specialist doctor here in Hong Kong yesterday to get
more medicines for 3 more weeks. He mentioned that my acne was pretty much cleared but I still have redness and wounds on my face which
will take a few months to heal. He said that I should change my treatment to antibiotics now. The name of the antibiotics is "ERYTHROMYCIN
ENTERIC FILM-COATED 250MG " and to change the lotion to "ADAPALENE 0.1% GEL". This gel needs to be applied every night before sleeping.
The face wash Gly Derm I am using is fine and after washing my face, I should use a moisturizer With the gel the dr. is advising me to use, he
said that it might cause more redness, irritation and maybe even some acne in the beginning but that my face will get used to it within 2-3
weeks and the extra redness or irritation will go. He wants me to follow-up with him next week again. I am hesitant to start this new treatment
without your consent as thanks toyou my acne has substantially reduced.I understand I am not present there for you to examine my condition.

Myself is an Indian working as a researcher assistant in Aquaculture and Fisheries sciences on an Indian fellowship in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I am suffering from Vitiligo
for last 20 yrs. There was one patch of 3 cm X 4 cm size on left side of my neck just below the ear lobe with intermittent skin colored small areas. After different types of
treatment the patch has become like a mosaic of pigmented and non-pigmented areas. There are three small patches of 1 cm X 1 cm or less than this size within this and rest
of the area is almost pigmeted with few tiny white dots remained. For last almost 15 yrs it is non-progressive and after all kind of treatments (PUVA, corticosteroids etc.).
Now I am looking to get the vitiligo patch camouflaged through micropigmentation or other kind of surgery. Would you please le me know as to (1)what kind of treatment

Sorry for not staying in touch but the past few months have been very hectic for me.
About the treatment, I'm quite pleased with the results so far.
The lower back area responded the best to the treatment. The abdomin still has sacttered hairs that I'm currently treating with electrolysis. The only area that
I think has not responded very well is the back of the upper thigh and that part I think needs more treatments. I'm currently in the U.S. for the summer and I'm

I was affected by vitiligo skin disorder since 1977 and having consulted a few dermatologist in Bahrain these appears to be no cure for the disease due to
which I lost all my original pigmentation and become white instead of my mid brown colour. However after sometime spots darken than my original colour on
my cheek bone and near my side bones and ears. The rest of my face and body is white. However some time back these cheek bone patches faded and
disappeared by themselves. however they have again reappeared since last 3-4 years and are congestent.
What I would like to know whether there is any medication which can remove or lighten the colour of these patches as early on my face.

sure you now the term Alopecia Areata. Here also there are many different types. I know there is no cure for it.
And I have known people to lose all of their hair. But if there are only patches is there anything we can do
about it in the terms of natural treatment? Any particular form of diet? Anything besides injection and
medicines? I have surfed the net regarding this and frankly speaking half of what I saw was slightly difficult to
