 Dr. Mehta has saved thousands of lives by preventing , early diagnosis , prompt and effective treatment for several skin diseases like deadly skin cancer and several other life threatening skin diseases. He is proud of his profession where he can help human suffering. Not only this Dr.Mehta has participated in number of charitable camps providing free treatments to thousands under privileged patients. He has delivered several health awareness lectures in several communities, schools , television programmes and Radio Etc. Dr.Mehta has successfully treated patients over 140 nationalities. Dr.Mehta is active member of Rotary club of Dubai.

Dr. Mehta's aim is to reduce the incidence of Skin diseases such as Skin Cancer and other skin diseases and its harmful consequences on individuals . He has organized several free medical camps to provide health awareness.

Prevention , Early and specific Diagnosis and rapid treatment is the Key to reduce incidence of Skin diseases such as skin cancer.

He elaborates, "Since 1985, we have provided free skin cancer screenings to large number of patients from all over the world for Melanoma / Skin Cancer Screening program . Skin Cancer can be prevented if you follow preventive guidelines and we can “Spot and Stop” if you report early." “Prevention is better than Cure”

 On the Invitation From University of Wollongong in Dubai Dr.Mehta has participated in two free skin consultation and lecture for the “healthy skin Month” for UOWD staff and students. Free consultation timing was extended due to unexpected show up of walk--in students and staff without prior appointments but still Dr.Mehta was able to accommodate them willingly .Dr.Mehta also delivered few lectures for prevention , early diagnosis and rapid treatment for skin diseases and skin cancer.

American Academy of Dermatology acknowledges Dr.Mehta’s support in AAD Camp discovery

Dear Dr.Mahaveer:

I truly appreciate your support. , Because of your support six weeks of Camp will be offered in 2011 serving nearly 350 young patients! When asked what AAD camp discovery means to them , one camper said “I know that I can itch and people wont tell me to stop because they know how hard it is”. Another said Camp gives him “ a chance to do things I haven’t done before”. These feelings of acceptance and oportunity abound at AAD Camp discovery , and are mixed with joy of friendship and camaraderie.... such wonderful gifts for children with chronic skin conditions.
